These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, services, and platform operated by Studio Sidekick LLC ("we," "our," "us"), including ssidekick.com and associated sites. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Studio Sidekick provides software products and business consulting services for dance studio owners, including:
- •Smart Site: A proprietary website and enrollment platform configured for your studio, including class matching, automated booking, CRM integration, and follow-up automations
- •Smart Show: Recital planning and show management tools including show order automation, costume tracking, and schedule building
- •Smart Studio: Business strategy consulting, templates, and systems for studio owners
- •Digital Products: Templates, guides, scripts, and downloadable resources sold separately
SMS Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Studio Sidekick LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Opting In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Studio Sidekick LLC by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our forms. You may opt in to service-related messages, marketing messages, or both. Opting in is not a condition of purchase.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to SMS messaging from Studio Sidekick LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Types
- •Service Messages: Order confirmations, onboarding information, account access details, and service-related notifications
- •Marketing Messages: Special offers, discounts, and service updates (only if you separately opt in)
STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to (833) 400-5515. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may opt in again through our forms.
HELP
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@ssidekick.com or (833) 400-5515.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of messages you have opted in to receive.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Platform Access & Licensing
Smart Site is a subscription-based platform, not a website purchase. When you subscribe to Smart Site, you are paying for access to our proprietary platform and technology. You are not purchasing a website, codebase, or deliverable that you will own.
The setup fee covers the custom configuration of your studio within our platform, including your classes, schedule, branding, quiz, booking flows, CRM connections, and automations. The monthly subscription fee provides ongoing access to the platform, hosting, maintenance, updates, optimization, and support.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Smart Site platform for the duration of your active subscription. This license terminates when your subscription ends.
Intellectual Property
What Studio Sidekick Owns
Studio Sidekick retains full ownership of all intellectual property associated with our platform, including but not limited to:
- •The Smart Site platform, source code, and design system
- •Class matching engine logic and quiz frameworks
- •Automated booking flows and enrollment systems
- •CRM integration architecture and follow-up automation templates
- •SEO/AEO frameworks and structured data architecture
- •Built-in tools including the Competition Tracker and Costume Dashboard
- •All proprietary templates, systems, methodologies, and frameworks
These assets remain the exclusive property of Studio Sidekick LLC regardless of customization performed for your studio. No rights of ownership are transferred through your subscription.
What You Own
You retain ownership of content you provide to us, including:
- •Your photos, videos, and studio images
- •Your written copy and content you authored
- •Your student, parent, and family data
- •Standalone digital products you purchased separately (e.g., Sales Scripts)
Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your Smart Site subscription at any time. No partial-month refunds will be issued. Your Smart Site will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- •Your Smart Site will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period
- •You may request an export of your data (student/parent contacts, content you provided) in PDF or CSV format
- •You retain all content you originally provided (photos, copy, studio images)
- •You retain any standalone digital products purchased separately
- •You lose access to the Smart Site platform, class matching engine, booking flows, Competition Tracker, Costume Dashboard, automations, and all platform features
We recommend keeping your previous website hosting active during your Smart Site subscription. If you cancel, reverting to a prior website is your responsibility.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and current information
- •Use our services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
- •Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate our platform or its features
- •Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
- •Maintain payment for your subscription to keep your Smart Site active
- •Only contact individuals via SMS who have provided explicit opt-in consent through our forms
Payment Terms
The setup fee is due prior to the commencement of your Smart Site configuration. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of your platform access. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Limitation of Liability
Studio Sidekick's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost enrollment, or business interruption.
Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." While we strive to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes affecting active subscribers, we will provide notice via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
