If your Smart Site hasn’t booked 5 Discovery Experiences from 5 different families in your first 60 days live, our team works your booking path with you at no monthly charge until they land.
A Discovery Experience counts when a new family books it through your Smart Site or Sidekick Button. Test bookings by you, your staff or our team don’t count, and bookings from the same household count once. A booking counts the moment it’s made. The 60 days start on your go-live date, which we confirm with you in writing. Your part: keep at least 3 classes open for booking.

Then you fill out one onboarding form (you can answer by voice in many places), review your website and join a 30-minute launch call. Our team builds everything else, and you need no technical skills: after launch, changes are a simple edit in your dashboard.
Up to 10: home, classes, about us, schedule, contact us, studio life, a landing page, an event page, a team or competition team page, and one more page of your choice. Sections that don’t apply to your studio stay hidden, and more pages are available on request.
Yes. Your Sidekick Button goes live within 48 hours of sending your class schedule and a few details, so you can book new students right away. Your full Smart Site takes 1 to 2 weeks on Starter or 5 to 7 days on Growth once your form is in, plus two rounds of review. The earlier you start before your busy season, the more room you have.
No. Our team builds your booking path around the classes you allow and sets up your confirmations and reminders for your studio. Families are matched and booked on the spot, with no chatbot and no callback.
Free brings the wrong client. If you want a premium client, you want them coming in already belonging, not trying you out. The Discovery Experience is your signature first visit, and it comes with more than a class: the welcome, the reminders and what to expect on day one.
Yes. You mark which classes open for Discovery Experience booking on your onboarding form, and you can change it later. When a class fills, mark it full, take it off booking, or keep it open as a waitlist that shows on your dashboard.
Not on their own. New students land on your Sidekick dashboard automatically (or you add one by hand), and you can export them as a CSV or Excel file to upload to your studio software if it allows. Add your software’s link to your dashboard so it’s one tap away.
Carriers require it to register your studio’s texting number. We buy that number for your studio (a toll-free 800 number unless you’d prefer a local one) and register it so your texts get delivered. Until the carriers approve it, confirmations and reminders go out by email, so you’re taking bookings from day one.
Confirmation, reminder and review texts are included on every plan, with no cap, sent one-way from your studio’s texting number. Two-way texting and missed-call text-back come with Growth.
Yes, anytime. Reach out and our team switches your plan. Moving up to Growth turns on Smart Show, Smart Costume and Smart Competitor, and Smart Show is ready within one business day.
If your second location shares your website and just needs its own location and dashboard, it’s $99 a month with no build fee. If each location gets its own website, each website is its own $1,200 build.
There’s no contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your family records are yours to export as a CSV or Excel file, and your web address stays yours. The website itself is part of the service, so it stays with us, and the Growth modules turn off with your plan.
Yes. Families keep finding you while we build, and on launch day your Smart Site takes its place. We recommend keeping your old website’s account open through your 30-day walk-away, then canceling it.
Yes. On your launch call we connect your web address to your Smart Site, and if your email runs on that address, we don’t touch a single email setting. No web address yet? We get you one at the standard price for the name you choose, and it’s yours to keep.
Every page is built to show up on Google, and we do everything we can to carry your current ranking over. Nobody can honestly promise a Google ranking, so we don’t.
Yes, because families decide after your desk closes. Smart Site books them at 9 PM, so your team starts the day with booked families instead of forms to answer. The dashboard comes with two logins: one for you and one for your team.
Your website runs on a secure connection (SSL). Your family information belongs to your studio, stays private to your studio and can be exported anytime.
