About Lisa
I’ve been in your seat.
36 years in dance, 24 of them running a studio. Every tool we build exists because I needed it first.

How I got here.
Los Angeles
Before my studio, I danced on professional stages, from Los Angeles to Japan.
I’ve spent 17 years working professionally in film, stage, print, video, and commercials.
Cleveland
My sister Tricia and I opened a studio together.
I was the creative, outside-the-box one. She had the eye for detail and the finance background. It worked. I’ve been the student, the performer, the teacher, the choreographer, the owner. I know the 6 AM competition mornings, the costume emergencies and the parent emails that never stop.
36 years, counted.
- 50+ recitals produced
- 210+ competitions attended
- 1,100+ routines choreographed
- 14,800+ costumes ordered
COVID forced me to rebuild our program, so I automated our systems and fine-tuned our families’ first-class experience.
New families started booking without me chasing them, and I got my evenings back.
